the listed restarants are ones that have inpressed me enough that i have or would like to visit them again. they are found only in one location or in a limited region. enjoy.

Elk Canyon grub and grill		Custer, SD. restaurant with a slightly western feel to it. specialties feature buffalo and elk as well as more traditional beef. in addition to the more expected hamburgers and sandwiches.

Buffalo Bill's Irma Hotel Restarant	http://www.irmahotel.com/	Cody, WY. Western American food at its finest. this restaurant is situated in the historic Buffalo Bill Irma Hotel that was built by Buffalo Bill himself.

Old Spaghetti Factory	http://www.osf.com/	only one i have been to is in Minneapolis, MN but they are in a few other places around the country. features various Italian dishes, and the decorations in the restaurants are very fancy.

Sanford's Grub and Pub		located in various places in and around Wyoming. Great Burger's and sandwiches at great prices. Menu is huge it will take you 20 min to read it then another 10 to figure out what you want. Burger names straight from the menu (Tin Roof, Cardiac Arrest)

The Deepwater Grill/The Alley	http://www.southshorebrewery.com/	Ashland, WI. located next to each other The Deepwater has American style food while the Alley has Italian. recommend the Beer cheese soup.

Firehouse Brewing Co.	http://www.phattymcgees.com/firehouse_files/index.htm	Rapid City, SD. Set in an old firehouse, it has a varity of dishes to try that range from pasta to steak to stew.

Phil's Inn		Port Clinton, OH. Italian and American food. World Famous for their Italian food.
